A QR menu and an online store for your restaurant
The online menu and store in BayanLine are not a separate website whose orders you carry over by hand: they are part of the same system, so an item and its price are edited once and the order enters the kitchen and the books like any other.
What does the customer get?
- A QR menu on the table that opens on their phone.
- An online store with offers, a cart and checkout.
- An account of their own, and tracking of their order.
What does the restaurant get?
- Website orders reach the cashier for approval, then enter the kitchen and the books like any other.
- No manual entry for an order that came from the website.
- One menu: a new item or a changed price shows in the till, the menu and the store.
QR menu or online store?
A QR menu serves the customer sitting in the restaurant: they browse and order from their table. The online store serves the remote customer: they order takeaway or delivery and follow their order. Most restaurants need both, which is why they come together.
