What is BayanLine?

BayanLine is an Arabic-first system to run restaurants and cafés on one platform: POS, kitchen display, floor and tables, online menu and store, delivery, inventory, recipes and costing, accounting and HR. You enter the order once and the rest happens by itself.

Who is BayanLine for?

For restaurants and cafés with one branch or a chain, in the dining room, takeaway and delivery.

How is BayanLine different from an ordinary till system?

An ordinary till system records the sale only. In BayanLine the same order reaches the kitchen, stock is deducted by recipe, the dish cost is worked out and the journal entry is posted, so nobody re-keys it in another tool.

Does BayanLine work out the cost of a dish?

Yes. Every product, size and add-on has a recipe, so the dish's cost and margin are worked out from purchase prices and the actual cost is fixed at each sale. A ready library of materials and recipes is available.

Does it include accounting?

Yes. Double entries post automatically from orders, payments, purchases and payroll, with a trial balance, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, cash boxes, banks, suppliers and customers, fixed assets and depreciation, and period closing.

Does it cover HR and payroll?

Yes: a file for every employee, attendance with location, leave balances, contracts, salary structures, allowances and advances, payroll runs and Arabic payslips, with the entries made for you.

Does it support an online menu and ordering from a website?

Yes: a QR menu on the table and an online store for customers with offers, cart, checkout, account and order tracking. Its orders reach the cashier for approval, then enter the kitchen and the books like any other.

Does it support delivery and delivery platforms?

Yes: delivery zones and fees, a driver app with the driver's earnings, and integration with delivery platforms including the settlement of their commissions.

Does BayanLine work without internet?

When the connection is weak the cashier keeps taking orders and operations synchronise when it returns. Sensitive finance and stock operations ask for a connection to confirm, so nothing financial is booked by mistake.

Does it work on a phone and a tablet?

Yes, it works on the till, tablet and phone as an app installed from the browser.

Is my restaurant's data isolated from other restaurants?

Yes, each restaurant's data is isolated from the others, and the system has an audit trail and detailed permissions for every role.

Is the interface in Arabic? Is English available?

The interface is native right-to-left Arabic, and English is available too, in a light and a dark theme.
